Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment. Nova Cleanse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, postal disruptions, or carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship.

Returns & Refunds
